Fresha online Booking system Policies
When booking through the Fresha booking system you will need to pop in card details into the system to book your appointment. This does not take any money from your card until appointment(if you chose to pay by card) You can also chose to pay by cash etc.
Upon booking your appointment you have to agree to my strict cancelation policy and no show fee. This must be read and agreed to before an appointment can be booked.
CANCELATIONS within 24 hours of your appointment is a 50% charge.
NO SHOWS are 100% charge. We now take a 30% deposit upon booking and the balance is paid at the appointment

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Refunds are limited to the following situations:
Services can not be refunded under any circumstance.
Refunds will only be made on unused still packaged items or if they are faulty.
No refunds are given on gift certificates but if they have a specific treatment on them they may be used for the same value for another treatment.
DEPOSITS/PRE PAID TREATMENTS
These are all non refundable. If you decide to cancel a booking Party/Treatment etc and don't intend to reschedule unfortunately you have lost your deposit/payment.
When booking through the online booking system we require a 30% deposit upon booking your treatment. This can be refunded if you cancel before 24hrs of the appointment. You can also reschedule and use the same deposit if rescheduled out with 24hrs of the appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 Hours you will automatically be charged 50% of your booking total.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100%
ANY NOT PAID NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE BOOKED IN AGAIN
